First Public Food Notice of the New Year Published
The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry announced that laboratory analyses of samples taken during 2025 inspections identified 121 food products that endanger health, while 1,208 products were found to be counterfeit or adulterated. In line with the Ministry’s transparency principle, these products were disclosed in the “Public Food Notice” section of its website. The first public food notice of 2026 has now been published in the same section. The Ministry says its work to prevent consumers from being misled will continue with the same determination at every stage of the farm-to-fork supply chain.
