How Is the Organic Logo Used on Packaging?

The organic logo may be used only on certified products, together with the certificate number and control body information.

The organic logo may be used only on products with a valid organic certificate. The name of the control and certification body and the certificate number usually also appear on the package.

In Türkiye the ministry's designated organic logo applies; in exports the target market's logo (for example the EU leaf or the USDA Organic seal) rules must be followed.

Misleading or unauthorized logo use is against regulations and damages consumer trust; therefore usage conditions are set together with the control body.
