Did you know?

An ancient oilseed of the cabbage family producing small golden seeds, sown in Europe since the Bronze Age and recovered from archaeological digs. It was abandoned as rapeseed and sunflower spread, and has been sown again in recent years for its omega-3 content.

Consumption tip

Even natural produce may carry pesticide residues. Wash fruits and vegetables under plenty of running water and discard the outer leaves of leafy greens. A short soak in vinegar water can also help reduce residues. Where possible, prefer certified organic or good-agricultural-practice products.
