Did you know?

A round-leaved herb with a powerful aroma, regarded as a sharper and more concentrated version of coriander. In Mexico it is never cooked but laid raw over tacos and cemita sandwiches. It cannot take heat, so it is always added at the last moment.

Consumption tip

Even natural produce may carry pesticide residues. Wash fruits and vegetables under plenty of running water and discard the outer leaves of leafy greens. A short soak in vinegar water can also help reduce residues. Where possible, prefer certified organic or good-agricultural-practice products.
