Did you know?

A herb unrelated to coriander, with pointed leaves marked by a dark blotch, and an aroma between coriander and pepper. In Vietnamese cooking, as rau răm, it is used raw in soups, salads and egg dishes. It loses its scent with heat, so it is not cooked.

Consumption tip

Even natural produce may carry pesticide residues. Wash fruits and vegetables under plenty of running water and discard the outer leaves of leafy greens. A short soak in vinegar water can also help reduce residues. Where possible, prefer certified organic or good-agricultural-practice products.
