Bag Raw Meat and Seafood Separately While Shopping

The Ministry issued a practical warning aimed at preventing cross contamination during grocery shopping. It advises placing prepacked raw red meat, poultry and seafood in a separate bag before putting them in the shopping basket. This stops any liquid leaking from the packaging from touching other foods.
