Orange Olive Oil Cake

Ingredients

• •2 cups flour
• •1 cup sugar
• •Juice and zest of 1 orange
• •Half cup olive oil
• •3 eggs
• •1 packet baking powder

Steps

1. 1Whisk eggs and sugar.
2. 2Add olive oil, orange juice and zest, mix.
3. 3Sift in flour and baking powder.
4. 4Pour into a greased cake pan.
5. 5Bake at 170°C for 35-40 min; check with a toothpick.
